Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, all of the following must be true:

  • Your request is within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first ClawBox subscription (renewals and re-subscriptions are excluded)
  • You submit your request via email to support@clawbox.com

How to request a refund

What happens after a refund

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately
  • Your OpenClaw instance is deactivated
  • Refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe
  • You’re welcome to re-subscribe anytime

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Recurring subscription charges after the first billing cycle
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee window
  • Users who have previously received a refund

Refunds outside the guarantee period

If your 7-day window has passed but you're experiencing issues — service outages, billing errors, or anything unexpected — reach out to support@clawbox.com. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will make it right.
